Soya Chaap
Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes Serve : 4 Ingredients : Soya chunk 150 gram 2 teaspoon plain flour( maida) Fresh cream 150 gram Red chill power 1 teaspoon Chat masala 2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Kanda lasun masala 1 teaspoon Water Salt Procedure: Grind soya chunk, mix plain flour. Add some water and kneed to soft dough. Make small balls now take icecream sticks. Cover sticks with these balls make chap Now boil water and cook the chap.In a bowl add fresh cream, red chili powder, kanda lasun masala, cumin powder, chat masala, salt. Marinate for 2 hours. Now roast caap on slow flame on gas. Cut chap mix with fresh cream and onion slices. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
