Methi Soya Pakoda
Preparation time : 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Serve : 2 Ingredients : 100 gram soya chunk 1 small bowl chopped fenugreek 1 onion chopped Bengal gram flour Eating soda Salt Oil Procedure : Take one bowl pour water into Bengal gram flour and mix all ingredients and make thick batter Now Heat oil in a pan and take small portions of batter and pour into a hot oil to make pakodas of shape you want. Deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with chutney you like.
