Preparation time : 20 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes Serve : 2 Ingredients : Soaked Green lentil 250 gram semolina Eno soda Salt Chass 500 ml Green chili & garlic paste Procedure : Pressure cook green lentils and grind. Now mix semolina, chaas, lentil mixture, green chili & garlic paste and eno soda. Soak for 1 hour Add salt and heat some oil on pan Spred batter on pan and make dosas. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
