Baigan Tamatar Bhuna

Preparation time: 10 minute
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • 6 brinjals
  • 2 tomato
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Ginger half inch
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Roast brinjals and tomato directly on flame.  Remove skin and chopp them.
  • Heat some oil in a pan.  Add some cumin seeds.
  • Add garlic, Ginger green chilies and cook for a while. Add tomato and mix well. 
  •  Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder.  Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add brinjals and salt mix well.  Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.  Switch of the flame and serve hot.
