Baigan Tamatar Bhuna

Ingredients:
- 6 brinjals
- 2 tomato
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Ginger half inch
- Green chilies 2
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure:
- Roast brinjals and tomato directly on flame. Remove skin and chopp them.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add some cumin seeds.
- Add garlic, Ginger green chilies and cook for a while. Add tomato and mix well.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add brinjals and salt mix well. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Switch of the flame and serve hot.
