Malai mashroom fry

 Preparation time: 10 minutes 

Cooking time:20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200 gram mashroom
  • Ambari kanda lasun masala 2 teaspoon
  • Amul fresh cream
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Fresh ginger garlic paste.


Procedure:

  • Wash muahroom.
  • Heat some oil in a pan. Add kanada lasun masala stir and quickly add cream.
  • Now cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Now add mushroom mix well.
  • Cook mushroom until dry it gives charred marks.
  • Serve hot with pudiana chutney.
