Malai mashroom fry

Ingredients :
- 200 gram mashroom
- Ambari kanda lasun masala 2 teaspoon
- Amul fresh cream
- Salt
- Oil
- Fresh ginger garlic paste.
Procedure:
- Wash muahroom.
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add kanada lasun masala stir and quickly add cream.
- Now cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste.
- Now add mushroom mix well.
- Cook mushroom until dry it gives charred marks.
- Serve hot with pudiana chutney.
