Aalu cutlet with stuffed panner keema with butter garlic

Ingredients:

  • Paneer 150 gram
  • 4 large bolied potato
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • asafoetida 
  • 1 teaspoon ghati masala
  • Cheese cube
  • Cumin powder
  • Rosted Grounut powder
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 big tomato chopped
  • Rice flour
  • Chili flakes
  • Oragano
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt 


Procedure:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion cook for 2 minutes. Add asafoetida and ghati masala. Add tomato salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add paneer and mix well.
  • Mash potato and mix red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, groungnut powder, oragano.
  • Make balls and stuff paneer keema and flat them and give shape you want.
  • Heat some oil in another flatpan roast the cutlests until crisp from both sides.
  • Add cheese and chilli flakes on top.
  • Heat some butter in a separate pan fry garlic until brown and spread it on top of the cutlests.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
