Mung oats Berger



 Preparation time 20 minutes

Cooking time 20 minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

4 Berger buns

  • 3 cup Whole Green lentils boiled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon All spice powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder 
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar 
  • Schezwan sauce 
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • Corn flour
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Procedure 

  • Mash green lentils and mix onion and all the spices and gram flour.  Add salt, soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, vinegar mix well and make round tikkies.
  • Heat some oil on a pan coat tikkies with corn flour.  Roast the tikkies on slow flame until crisp from boath sides 
  • Cut buns into two halves
  • Roast the buns and place tikkies onion slices, tomato slices.  Eat Berger with ketchup
