Mung oats Berger

Ingredients:
4 Berger buns
- 3 cup Whole Green lentils boiled
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon All spice powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Schezwan sauce
- 1 cup Gram flour
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure
- Mash green lentils and mix onion and all the spices and gram flour. Add salt, soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, vinegar mix well and make round tikkies.
- Heat some oil on a pan coat tikkies with corn flour. Roast the tikkies on slow flame until crisp from boath sides
- Cut buns into two halves
- Roast the buns and place tikkies onion slices, tomato slices. Eat Berger with ketchup
