Paneer Kardai (paneer safflower)

Ingredients:- safflower leaves 1 bunch (kardai)
- paneer 200 grams
- 3 onion chopped
- 2 tomato puree
- all spice powder 1 teaspoon
- coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- kashmiri chili powder 2 teaspoon
- cumin seeds
- red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- kitchen kin masala 1 teaspoon
- kasuri methi
- curd 3 teaspoon
- Garlic ginger paste 1 teaspoon
- oil
- salt
Procedure:
- Blanch safflower leaves and make puree.
- Cut small peices of paneer and deep fry and keep in cold water
- Roast onion until brown and make paste.
- Heat oil in a kadahi and add cumin seeds.
- Add tomato puree and salt. Add all spice powder and mix.
- Add onion paste and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add kahsmiri chili powder, red chili powder and mix
- Add coriander powder and kitchen king masala and cook
- Add ginger garlic paste cook until oil spreads
- Add safflower puree and cook for minute.
- add curd and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add paneer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot
