Paneer Kardai (paneer safflower)

Ingredients:
  • safflower leaves 1 bunch (kardai)
  • paneer 200 grams
  • 3 onion chopped
  • 2 tomato puree
  • all spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • kashmiri chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds
  • red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • kitchen kin masala 1 teaspoon
  • kasuri methi
  • curd 3 teaspoon
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • oil 
  • salt
Procedure: 
  • Blanch safflower leaves and make puree.
  • Cut small peices of paneer and deep fry and keep in cold water
  • Roast onion until brown and make paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadahi and add cumin seeds.
  • Add tomato puree and salt. Add all spice powder and mix.
  • Add onion paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add kahsmiri chili powder, red chili powder and mix
  • Add coriander powder and kitchen king masala and cook
  • Add ginger garlic paste cook until oil spreads
  • Add safflower puree and cook for minute.
  • add curd and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add paneer and cook for 3 minutes. 
  • Serve hot
