mozzarella Kabuli Balls

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serve: 4


Ingredients 

  • Mozzarella  cheese grated
  • Chick peas boiled 3 cup
  • Mixed herbs
  • Red chili flakes
  • salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Peri peri powder
  • Bread  crumbs
  • Corn flour
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Grind chick peas to thick corase paste 
  • Mix the herbs, red chili flakes, black pepper,  peri peri and salt with this paste and make round balls
  • Now make small hole in the center of each balls and fill the Mozzarella  cheese. Seal properly
  • Now make corn flour batter with some water
  • Now pour the balls in batter and wrap it with bread crumbs now again dip the balls in batter and wrap with Bread crumbs
  • Heat oil in a deep kadai and deep fry the wrapped balls  until golden brown.  Serve hot with ketchup
