mozzarella Kabuli Balls

- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Chick peas boiled 3 cup
- Mixed herbs
- Red chili flakes
- salt
- Black pepper powder
- Peri peri powder
- Bread crumbs
- Corn flour
- Oil
- Grind chick peas to thick corase paste
- Mix the herbs, red chili flakes, black pepper, peri peri and salt with this paste and make round balls
- Now make small hole in the center of each balls and fill the Mozzarella cheese. Seal properly
- Now make corn flour batter with some water
- Now pour the balls in batter and wrap it with bread crumbs now again dip the balls in batter and wrap with Bread crumbs
- Heat oil in a deep kadai and deep fry the wrapped balls until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup
