Wasted Rava Dhokla And Suran Kebab

Ingredients:

  • Rava Dhokla 8 peace
  • Elephant yam (suran) 2 cup diced
  • 2 potato diced
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Plain flour 2 tablespoons
  • Pav bhaji masala 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Chat masala 
  • Oil 
  • Salt
Procedure:
  • Boil suran and potato and mash.  Grind dhokla peaces without water to form sticky dough like consistency.
  •  Now mix all ingredients 
  • Take small portions and make round kebabs.  Heat oil to fry.
  • Deep fry the kebabs on high flame until crisp from both sides.
