Methi Soya Pakoda

Ingredients:
- 100 gram soya chunk
- 1 small bowl chopped fenugreek
- 1 onion chopped
- Bengal gram flour
- Eating soda
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Take one bowl pour water into Bengal gram flour and mix all ingredients and make thick batter
- Now Heat oil in a pan and take small portions of batter and pour into a hot oil to make pakodas of shape you want.
- Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with chutney you like.
