Methi Soya Pakoda

Preparation time: 15 minutes 
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 100 gram soya chunk
  • 1 small bowl chopped fenugreek 
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Bengal gram flour 
  • Eating soda
  • Salt 
  • Oil
Procedure:
  •  Take one bowl pour water into Bengal gram flour and mix all ingredients and make thick batter
  • Now Heat oil in a pan and take small portions of batter and pour into a hot oil to make pakodas of shape you want.
  • Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with chutney you like.
