Paneer ghee झटका

Ingredients:

  • Paneer 250 gm
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder 
  • 1 teaspoon All spices powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander  powder 
  • 1 Teaspoon  kanda lasun masala
  • Kasuri methi
  • 2 teaspoon  kashmiri chili powder 
  • 6 tomato sliced
  • 2 large onion chopped 
  • Cashew  nuts 14
  • 8 Garlic cloves 
  • ginger finely chopped
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 teaspoon Ghee
  • Oil
  • Garlic chutney ( Grind garlic, dry coconut, red chili powder, oil and salt no water)

Procedure: 

  • deep fry the paneer cubes and put them in a cold water keep aside
  • Heat 2 teaspoon ghee in a kadhai and add onion and cook for a while
  • Add cashew, giner and mix well.  Now add tomato cook until soft.
  • Grind this mixture to fine paste
  • Add 3 teaspoon of ghee in the same kadhai and add garlic chutney and cook for a while.
  • Add prepared paste mix well.  Add red chili powder, kashimiri chili powder, all spice powder,
  • Now add  coriander powder, kanda lasun masala salt.
  • Mix well, add kasuri methi and mix well add  sugar cook for 20 minutes.  
  • Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
  • Switch of the flame and serve hot with chapati or tandoor roti.
