Ingredients:
- Paneer 250 gm
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon All spices powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon kanda lasun masala
- Kasuri methi
- 2 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
- 6 tomato sliced
- 2 large onion chopped
- Cashew nuts 14
- 8 Garlic cloves
- ginger finely chopped
- Ginger 1 inch
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 5 teaspoon Ghee
- Oil
- Garlic chutney ( Grind garlic, dry coconut, red chili powder, oil and salt no water)
Procedure:
- deep fry the paneer cubes and put them in a cold water keep aside
- Heat 2 teaspoon ghee in a kadhai and add onion and cook for a while
- Add cashew, giner and mix well. Now add tomato cook until soft.
- Grind this mixture to fine paste
- Add 3 teaspoon of ghee in the same kadhai and add garlic chutney and cook for a while.
- Add prepared paste mix well. Add red chili powder, kashimiri chili powder, all spice powder,
- Now add coriander powder, kanda lasun masala salt.
- Mix well, add kasuri methi and mix well add sugar cook for 20 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes add chopped coriander leaves mix well.
- Switch of the flame and serve hot with chapati or tandoor roti.
