Ingredients:
- 3 cup Bottle gourd grated
- 2 cup fenugreek leaves
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- salt
- oil
- Mix all the ingredients and knead like a tight dough
- Make 4 cylinders and cook them in a pressure cooker
- Cool the cylinders and cut the wadis in a shape you like
- Deep fry the wadis in a hot oil and serve hot with chutney or ketchup
