Dudhi Methi Wadi

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Bottle gourd grated
  • 2 cup fenugreek leaves
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 cup sorghum flour
  • salt
  • oil
Procedure:
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead like a tight dough
  • Make 4 cylinders and cook them in a pressure cooker
  • Cool the cylinders and cut the wadis in a shape you like 
  • Deep fry the wadis in a hot oil and serve hot with chutney or ketchup
