Soya Chaap

Ingredients:
- Soya chunk 150 gram
- 2 teaspoon plain flour( maida)
- Fresh cream 150 gram
- Red chill power 1 teaspoon
- Chat masala 2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Kanda lasun masala 1 teaspoon
- Water
- Salt
Procedure:
- Grind soya chunk, mix plain flour.
- Add some water and kneed to soft dough.
- Make small balls now take icecream sticks.
- Cover sticks with these balls make chap
- Now boil water and cook the chap.In a bowl
- add fresh cream, red chili powder, kanda lasun
- masala, cumin powder, chat masala, salt.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Now roast caap on slow flame on gas.
- Cut chap mix with fresh cream and onion slices.
- Serve hot with pudina chutney.
