Soya Chaap

Ingredients:

  • Soya chunk 150 gram
  • 2 teaspoon plain flour( maida)
  • Fresh cream 150 gram
  • Red chill power 1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kanda lasun masala 1 teaspoon
  • Water
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Grind soya chunk, mix plain flour.
  • Add some water and kneed to soft dough.
  • Make small balls now take icecream sticks.  
  • Cover sticks with these balls make chap 
  • Now boil water and cook the chap.In a bowl
  •  add fresh cream, red chili powder, kanda lasun
  •  masala, cumin powder, chat masala, salt. 
  • Marinate for 2 hours.
  • Now roast caap on slow flame on gas.
  • Cut chap mix with fresh cream and onion slices.
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney.
