Nachni Matar Ghavan
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Ragi flour
- 1 Cup curd
- salt
- eating soda
- water
- boiled green peas
- oil
- cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Procedure:
- Mix ragi flour and curd and soak for 1 hour.
- Grind green peas
- Now mix all ingredients with some water make semi thick batter but not too runny
- Heat some oil on a pan and take some mixture in a small bowl and spread on heated pan.
- Roast from both sides and serve hot with chutney
