Nachni Matar Ghavan


 Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Ragi flour
  • 1 Cup curd
  • salt
  • eating soda
  • water
  • boiled green peas
  • oil
  • cumin seeds
  • 2 green chilies chopped 
  1. Procedure: 

  • Mix ragi flour and curd and soak for 1 hour.
  • Grind green peas
  • Now mix all ingredients with some water make semi thick batter but not too runny
  • Heat some oil on a pan and take some mixture in a small bowl and spread on heated pan.
  • Roast from both sides and serve hot with chutney
