Cabbage Cauliflower Galoti Kebab

Ingredients:
- Cabbage chopped 1 bowl
- Cauliflower chopped 1 bowl
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Rice flour 1 bowl
- Chat masala 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- All spices powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Boil Cabbage and Cauliflower.
- Grind well, mix rice flour, chat masala, Cumin powder, salt, all spices powder.
- Knead well and make round patties
- In a pan heat oil and fry the patties until golden brown from both side on medium flame.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
