Cabbage Cauliflower Galoti Kebab

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage chopped 1 bowl
  • Cauliflower chopped 1 bowl
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Rice flour 1 bowl
  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • All spices powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Boil Cabbage and Cauliflower. 
  • Grind well, mix rice flour, chat masala, Cumin powder, salt, all spices powder. 
  • Knead well and make round patties 
  • In a pan heat oil and fry the patties until golden brown from both side on medium flame.
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
