Ingredients:
- 1 cup Soaked Moth beans
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 table spoon Bengal gram flour
- 1 table spoon kanda lasoon masala
- 1 table spoon red chili powder
- 1 table spoon all spice powder
- 1 teaspospoon goda masala
- Cumin seeds
- Mustard seeds
- Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- Oil
- Salt
- Pav (buns)
- Kasuri methi
- Besan sev
- Besan papadi
- Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Boil moth beans in 3 cups of water with some Turmeric powder
- Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pot
- Add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds
- In a small bowel mix Bengal gram flour, red chili powder, all spice powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi, goda masala, red chili powder, kanda lasun masala
- Add boiled moth beans and water and coriander leves
- Take a nice boil and cook for 20 minutes on a slow flame. Switch of the flame serve hot with Besan sev and papadi, chopped onion
