झोडगे मिसळ टाइप 1

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Soaked Moth beans
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 table spoon Bengal gram flour 
  • 1 table spoon kanda lasoon masala
  • 1 table spoon red chili powder 
  • 1 table spoon all spice powder 
  • 1 teaspospoon  goda masala
  • Cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Turmeric  powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander  powder 
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pav (buns)
  • Kasuri methi
  • Besan sev
  • Besan papadi
  • Chopped  coriander  leaves 

Procedure:

  • Boil moth beans in 3 cups of water with some Turmeric powder 
  • Heat 3 tablespoon  of oil in a pot
  • Add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds 
  • In a small bowel mix Bengal gram flour, red chili powder,  all spice powder,  coriander  powder, Kasuri  methi, goda masala, red chili  powder, kanda lasun masala
  • Add boiled moth beans  and water and coriander  leves
  • Take a  nice boil and cook for 20 minutes  on a slow flame. Switch of the flame serve hot with Besan sev and papadi, chopped onion
