Paneer kheema pizza bun

 Cooking time: 30 Minutes

Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • Paneer : 250 gram
  • 1 Onion chopped 
  • 2 tomato chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • Mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder  
  • 12 buns (Pav)
  • Asafetida
  • Oil


Procedure:

  • Heat some oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for a 2 minutes. 
  • Add oregano, chili flakes and mix well.
  • add capsicum and cook for 3 minutes
  • add Garam masala powder and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add tomato and cook until it lefts oil on surface.
  • Grate the paneer and mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now slit the buns and fill paneer Kheema and add diced Mozzarella cheese and press. 
  • Now heat some ghee or butter on pan and roast buns until crisp and it cheese gets melt.
