Paneer chukandar masala


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  •  paneer cube: 125 gm
  • Beetroot chopped 1 cup
  • 3 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Almonds 6 chopped
  • Green chilies chopped
  • Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri chili powder  teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Jaggery
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Shallow fry paneer cubes and keep it in a water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.  Add onion and cook for a minute.  Add tomato and mix well
  • Add almonds, garlic ginger and beetroot and cook for 5 minutes.  Grind all to a fine paste.
  • Heat some oil in s kadai add cumin seeds and stir for a while. Add green chilies. 
  • Now add prepared paste.  Add red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.  Add all spice powder and cook for 10 minutes. Add jaggery and cook for 10 minutes.  Add paneer and cook for 1 minute.  Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
