Papad Cheese Samosa

Ingredients:
  • Papad 4
  • Capsicum 1 chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Heat some oil in a pan.  Add cumin seeds.  Add onion cook unil soft. 
  • Add tomato, red chili powder and garam masala powder mix well.  
  • Cook for 3 minutes.  Add capsicum and salt.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.  Finally add cheese mix well. Now cut the papad into two halves. 
  •  Deep into water and make hollow triangle shapes.  Fill the prepared mixture and make all Samosa.  
  • In a hot oil deep fry all the Samosa until crisp.  Serve hot.
