- Papad 4
- Capsicum 1 chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds
- Oil
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add onion cook unil soft.
- Add tomato, red chili powder and garam masala powder mix well.
- Cook for 3 minutes. Add capsicum and salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Finally add cheese mix well. Now cut the papad into two halves.
- Deep into water and make hollow triangle shapes. Fill the prepared mixture and make all Samosa.
- In a hot oil deep fry all the Samosa until crisp. Serve hot.
