Veg Bread Pakoda
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serve: 4
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 200 gram
- Green peas 200 gram
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 small packet Bread
- Bengal gram flour
- Oil
- 1 spoon ghati masala
- 1 spoon Garam masala powder
- 1 spoon red chili powder
- Salt
Procedure:
- Boil green peas and cauliflower.
- Grind to a cores paste. Heat some oil in a pan.
- Now add ghati masala, red chili powder,
- Garam masala powder, salt and mix well. Add capsicum and tomato and cook for a while.
- Now add grounded paste and mix well. Cook for a while and switch of the flame
- Now add water to Bengal gram flour, salt and make thin batter.
- Now pour bread into water and remove excess water. Now apply the prepared mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Now roll the bread and pour into corn flour slury. Now deep fry the pakodas until golden brown on medium from all side.
