Veg Bread Pakoda

 Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 200 gram
  • Green peas 200 gram
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped 
  • 1 small packet Bread 
  • Bengal gram flour 
  • Oil
  • 1 spoon ghati masala 
  • 1 spoon Garam masala powder 
  • 1 spoon red chili powder 
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Boil green peas and cauliflower.
  • Grind to a cores paste. Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Now add ghati masala, red chili powder,
  • Garam masala powder, salt and mix well.  Add capsicum and tomato and cook for a while.
  • Now add grounded paste and mix well. Cook for a while and switch of the flame
  • Now add water to Bengal gram flour, salt and make thin batter.
  • Now pour bread into water and remove excess water.  Now apply the prepared mixture.  Heat oil in a frying pan. 
  • Now roll the bread and pour into corn flour slury. Now deep fry the pakodas until golden brown on medium from all side.
