Ingredients:
- Burger bun
- Mayonnaise
- cheese
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- Paneer grated 200 gram
- 3 Potatoes boiled grated
- 3 Green chilies chopped
- 1 tablespoon all spices powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- Black pepper powder
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Oil
- Mix paneer, boiled potato, onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, black pepper, all spice powder, red chili powder, Garam masala powder, salt
- Add some corn flour and make 4 equal portion
- And tap them with hands to form pattie
- Coat pattie with some corn flour.
- heat oil in thick bottom kadai and deep fry until crisp on medium flame
- Cut buns roast from both sides place patties
- Now spread Mayonnaise, cheese ketchup and place bun on it Serve hot
