Paneer aalu tikki burger

 Preparation Time: 15 minutes 
Cooking time: 20 minutes

 Ingredients:
  • Burger bun
  • Mayonnaise 
  • cheese
  • 1 Onion chopped 
  • 1 tomato chopped 
  • 1 capsicum chopped 
  • Paneer grated 200 gram
  • 3 Potatoes boiled grated  
  • 3 Green chilies chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon all spices powder 
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder 
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder 
  • Black pepper powder 
  • Corn flour
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mix paneer,  boiled potato, onion, capsicum,  tomato, salt, black pepper,  all spice powder,  red chili powder,  Garam masala powder,  salt
  • Add some corn flour and make 4  equal portion
  • And tap them with hands to form pattie
  • Coat pattie with some corn flour.
  • heat oil in thick bottom kadai and deep fry until crisp on medium flame
  • Cut buns roast from both sides place patties
  • Now spread Mayonnaise,  cheese ketchup and place bun on it Serve hot
