Paneer beetroot kulcha


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes

 Ingredients:
  1. Grated paneers
  2. Grated beet root
  3. Chopped onion
  4. 1 Grated boiled potato
  5. Green chilies chopped
  6. Garlic chopped
  7. Ginger chopped
  8. Cumin seeds
  9. Turmeric powder
  10. Amhoor powder
  11. Coriander powder
  12. Red chili powder
  13. All spice powder
  14. Salt
  15. Chopped coriander
  16. Oil
  17. ghee
Procedure
Heat some oil in a kadai
Add cumin seeds
Add green chilies
Add shopped onion
Add garlic and ginger
Mix well
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder
Mix well add red chili powder and all spice powder 
Cook for a while
Add grated paneer and potato
Cook for a while 
Add amchoor powder mix well
Add beet root and coriander leaves switch off the flame
