Instant Cheesy Schezwan Noodle

Ingredients:
- 4 Instant noodles packets
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 carote chopped and boiled
- green peas one small bowl boiled
- soy sauce
- schezwan sauce
- black pepper powder
- oil
- 4 cheese cubes
- asafoetida
- salt
Procedure:
- Boil instant noodles in hot boiling wtaer for 2 minutes
- Heat some oil in a kadhai and add onion
- cook for 2 minues on high flame.
- add tomato and cook for a minutes until it melts
- now add instant noodle masala comes with packet.
- Mix well, add asafoetida. Add carote and green peas.
- Now add soy sauce and schetzwan sauce cook for a minute
- add cheese and salt and mix well. Add some noodle water in it.
- Now strain the water from noodle and add it to kadhai.
- Mix well and cook for a while.
- Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
