Ingredients:
- 1 cup bengal gram flour (Besan)
- 1/2 cup semolina (Rava)
- Milk 1/2 litter
- Ghee 1 cup
- Powder sugar 1 cup
Procedure:
- Roast gram flour and semolina separately until it gets little red in colour.
- Now in a thick bottom pan add roasted Rava and Besan. Add ghee and mix well.
- Now slowly add milk. Keep stirring.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Add powder sugar and cook again for 10 minutes.
- Once mixture becomes thick switch of the flame and quickly make round shapes to make Laddu otherwise it will become hard.
