Dudh Besan Rava Laddu

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serve: 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bengal gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cup semolina (Rava)
  • Milk 1/2 litter
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 1 cup

Procedure:

  • Roast gram flour and semolina separately until it gets little red in colour.
  • Now in a thick bottom pan add roasted Rava and Besan.  Add ghee and mix well.  
  • Now slowly add milk.  Keep stirring.  
  • Cook for 10 minutes.  Add powder sugar and cook again for 10 minutes. 
  • Once mixture becomes thick switch of the flame and quickly make round shapes to make Laddu otherwise it will become hard.
