MEETHE BREAD KA SHAHI TUKDA WITH RABDI

Ingredients:
- Trooty frooty bread
- Ghee 200 gram
- Milk 500 ml
- Corn starch 1 teaspoon
- Sugar as per test
- Saffron
- Cardmom
- Almond sliced
Procedure:
- Heat ghee in a pan
- Now deep fry the sweet bred in ghee until golden brown. Add some warm milk in a bowl and soak saffron
- Now boil milk add sugar. Add cardamom powder and cool it. Add saffron.
- Now in a separate pan add sugar and water and make littile thick syrup. Pour fried bread into syrup.
- Your shahi tukda is redy now serve with chilled tabadi.
