MEETHE BREAD KA SHAHI TUKDA WITH RABDI

 Cooking time: 20 minutes 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • Trooty frooty bread
  • Ghee 200 gram
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Corn starch 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar as per test
  • Saffron
  • Cardmom
  • Almond sliced



Procedure:

  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Now deep fry the sweet bred in ghee until golden brown. Add some warm milk in a bowl and soak saffron
  • Now boil milk add sugar. Add cardamom powder and cool it. Add saffron.
  • Now in a separate pan add sugar and water and make littile thick syrup. Pour fried bread into syrup.
  • Your shahi tukda is redy now serve with chilled tabadi.
