Rava aalu upma nugget

Ingredients

  • 125 gram semolina ( suji)
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • Chili flakes
  • Oregano
  • 3 potato boiled
  • 500 ml butter milk
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • Bengal gram flour 100 gram

Procedure:

  • Boil, semolina, onion, potato, oregano, chili flakes, butter milk and water in pressure cooker.
  • Take 5 6 whistles on medium flame.
  • Now add bengal gram flour, salt, oregano, chili flakes and kneed well.
  • Heat oil in deep kadhai and dip fry small portions of shape you want.
  • Fry until crisp and golden brown serve hot with ketchup.
