Ingredients:
- Kidney beans pod
- Rice 1.5 cup
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves 10
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato puree
- Cumin seeds
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure:
- Peel the kidney beans. Heat some oil in a thick bottom pot.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Now add tomato puree, garlic mix well. Add onion, red chili powder, all spice powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Cook until soft.
- Add some water cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and water.
- Boil it fo 8 minutes. Add rice and cook for 7 to 8 minute.
- Mix well cover the pot switch off the flame and do not open the lid let the Pulav rest for at least 30 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
