Ingredients:
  • Bengal gram flour (besan) 2 bowl
  • Water 2.5 bowl
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • Cumin powder
  • Grated Cheese
  • Red chili sauce
Procedure:

  • Boil the water.  Once boil add besan and salt, whisk continuously.
  • Once cooked well and become thick.  Spread the mixture on a plate.
  • Once mixture gets cool spread chopped coriander leaves, tomato, cheese and cumin powder.  Cut the peaces of desired shape serve with red chili sause
