Ingredients:
- Bengal gram flour (besan) 2 bowl
- Water 2.5 bowl
- Salt
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- Cumin powder
- Grated Cheese
- Red chili sauce
- Boil the water. Once boil add besan and salt, whisk continuously.
- Once cooked well and become thick. Spread the mixture on a plate.
- Once mixture gets cool spread chopped coriander leaves, tomato, cheese and cumin powder. Cut the peaces of desired shape serve with red chili sause
