Quick Flower crispy

Ingredients:
  • 500 Gram cauliflower peices
  • 20 garlic cloves  chopped
  • 10 green chilies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 
  • 2 paket instant manchow soup packet
  • 1 small bowl plain flower
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • 4 tablespoon kashmiri chili powder
  • vinger
  • soy sauce
  • schezwan sauce
  • oil
  • salt
Procedure:
  • soak instant soup powder in a littile amount of water
  • Wash cauliflower peices and boil them until half cook
  • Mix plain flour, corn flower with water and make thick batter.
  • Heat oil in thick bottom kadai 
  • Dip cauliflower peices in batter and deep fry until crisp
  • In a separate pan heat some oil add garlic and green chilies.
  • Stir for a while add soy sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce.
  • Mix well now add instant soup mixture.  Mix well 
  • When mixture becomes thick quickly saute fried cauliflower.
  • Serve hot.
