Veg Korma in Zodge Style


 Preparation  Time: 30 minutes 

Cooking  time: 60 minutes 

Serve: 50

Ingredients:  

Carrots diced: 3 kg

Cauliflower  2 kg

Green peas 2 kg

Frech beans  medium chopped 1 kg 

Tomato 1 kg

Onion 1.5 kg

ginger garlic paste 150 gm

Coconut  powder 125 gm

Seaseme seeds 125 gm

Melon seeds 125 gm

Cashew broken 125 gm

Fresh cream 250 gm

Cinnamon 3 sticks

Bay leaf 5 leaves

Mace 3 to 4 peice

Coriander  powder 3 tqblespoon

Kashmiri red chili  powder 4 tablespoon

Red chili powder  2 tablespoon

3 tablespoon all spice powder

Kasuri methi 3 teaspoon

3 tablespoon kanda lasoon masala

Rock salt 

Oil

Procedure:

chopp the onion and roast until brown.

roast coconut powder until little brown.

Now grind roased onion and coconut powder to a smooth paste

roast Seaseme seeds and grind with some water and make smooth paste

grind melon seeds and cashew with some water and make smooth paste 

grind tomato and make paste. heat oil in a big pot.

Add Cinnamon stick , bay leaf and mace.  once smells nice.

add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes on high flame.

Add onion coconut paste.  mix well.  add red chili powder,

kashimir chili powder, coriander powder, all spices powder,

kanda lasun masala and kasuri methi mix well and cook for

5 minutes until it lefts oil.  now add cashew, seasme seeds paste,

melon paste and cashew paste.  mix well and add some water

cook for 10 minutes.  Add vegetable and mix well. 

Add salt and enough water take a nice boil now cook for 

40 minutes on slow flame.  switch of the flame add fresh

creame mix well serve hot with chapati or nan.
