Ingredients:
- 6 brinjal ( baingan )
- 10 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- Half onion chopped
- Cumin seeds
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Kashmiri chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Teaspoon of chick pea flour
- Oil
- Salt
- Cut brinjals into 2 parts and give one slits.
- Heat oil in a iron kadai. Now add brinjals.
- Add all spice powder, red chili powder.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Cover the kadai and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now in the same kadai, add some oil and cumin seeds.
- Now add onion, garlic and ginger, mix well.
- Add kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder mix well. Now add brinjals cook until soft. Serve hot with chapati or bhakri.
