Ingredients


  • Soaked Green lentil
  • 250 gram semolina
  • Eno soda
  • Salt
  • Chass 500 ml
  • Green chili & garlic paste
Procedure:

  • Pressure cook green lentils and grind.
  • Now mix semolina, chaas, lentil mixture, green chili & garlic paste and eno soda. Soak for 1 hour
  • Add salt and heat some oil on pan
  • Spred batter on pan and make dosas. 
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
