Ingredients:
- Soaked Green lentil
- 250 gram semolina
- Eno soda
- Salt
- Chass 500 ml
- Green chili & garlic paste
- Pressure cook green lentils and grind.
- Now mix semolina, chaas, lentil mixture, green chili & garlic paste and eno soda. Soak for 1 hour
- Add salt and heat some oil on pan
- Spred batter on pan and make dosas.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
