Paneer Fatafat

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:  

  • Paneer125 gm
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Garlic 6 cloves paste
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure:


  • Heat some oil in a kadhai.  Add onion cook for 2 minutes.  Add capsicum and cook for a minute. Now add tomato and mix well.  
  • Add garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.  Add kashmiri powder, grate half paneer and mix for 2 minutes. 
  • Now make dice of remaining paneer and add it.  Now cook the gravy for 2 minutes.  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
