Paneer Fatafat

Serve: 4
Ingredients:
- Paneer125 gm
- 2 onion chopped
- 2 tomato chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- Garlic 6 cloves paste
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil
- Salt
Procedure:
- Heat some oil in a kadhai. Add onion cook for 2 minutes. Add capsicum and cook for a minute. Now add tomato and mix well.
- Add garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add kashmiri powder, grate half paneer and mix for 2 minutes.
- Now make dice of remaining paneer and add it. Now cook the gravy for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
