Quick crispy paneer manchurian

Ingredients:

  • small size Paneer  cubes 150 gm
  • garlic cloves 14 chopped
  • green chilies: 5 sliced
  • redymade manchaow soup powder (any brand i sued chings)
  • oil
  • salt
  • plain flour  2 tablespoon
  • corn flour  1 tablespoon
  • kashmiri chili powder
  • schezwan sauce

Procedure: 

  • Mix plain flour, salt and corn flour with some water
  • Make sami thick batter.  Pour paneer pieces into batter.
  • Coat the batter on each paneer pieces
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry all until crisp and golden brown
  • Mix some water into readymade soup powder.
  • Now heat some oil in a iron pan and add chopped garlic, green chilies.
  • Add kashmiri chili powder and schezwan sauce and instantly add soaked soup powder.
  • Quickly toss paneer pieces and serve hot.
