Mashed cauliflower and paneer masala

 Preparation  time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • paneer 100 grams
  • cauliflower 1 cup boiled
  • onion  chopped1 large
  • tomato puree 1 cup
  • rosted cashew paste 2 tablespoon
  • rosted melon seeds paste 2 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds
  • garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • all spices powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • kasuri methi
  • oil
  • salt

Procedure:

  • mash boiled cauliflower and grate the paneer
  • Heat some oil in a pan and chopped onion, cook until brown.
  • Grind onion, cahsew paste, melon seeds paste togther
  • Heat some oil in another pan and cumin seeds once crackles add tomato puree. 
  • Add red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder mix well
  • add garam masala powder and all spice powder.  
  • Cook until oil leftsat  the edges of the pan
  • add onion paste and cook for 2 minutes
  • add cauliflower and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add grated paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • add kasuri methi mix well and cook for 2 minutes.  
  • garnchopped coriander leaves Serve hot.
