Mashed cauliflower and paneer masala

Ingredients:
- paneer 100 grams
- cauliflower 1 cup boiled
- onion chopped1 large
- tomato puree 1 cup
- rosted cashew paste 2 tablespoon
- rosted melon seeds paste 2 tablespoon
- cumin seeds
- garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- all spices powder 1/2 teaspoon
- red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
- kasuri methi
- oil
- salt
Procedure:
- mash boiled cauliflower and grate the paneer
- Heat some oil in a pan and chopped onion, cook until brown.
- Grind onion, cahsew paste, melon seeds paste togther
- Heat some oil in another pan and cumin seeds once crackles add tomato puree.
- Add red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder mix well
- add garam masala powder and all spice powder.
- Cook until oil leftsat the edges of the pan
- add onion paste and cook for 2 minutes
- add cauliflower and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add grated paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
- add kasuri methi mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- garnchopped coriander leaves Serve hot.
