Ingredients:
- Soaked rice one bowl
- Milk 1 litter
- Sugar 1 bowl
- Cardamom 5
- Saffron pods
- Kokum syrup 3 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Keep saffron pods in luke warm water to soak.
- Grind rice with some milk. Don't make smooth paste.
- In a thick bottom pan heat milk. Keep stirring. Once boiled,add rice mixture.
- Stir continuously so it would not form any lumps.
- Once milk becomes semi thick add sugar and mix well. Add Kokum syrup, saffron water mix well.
- Finally add cardomom and cook for a while. Switch of the flame serve chilled.
