Kali Dal Khichadi

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • Rice 
  • Back gram
  • Red chili powder
  • Pickle
  • Turmeric powder
  • cumin seeds
  • garlic chopped
  • ghee
Procedure:
  • Add ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds.  Add pickle and cook for a while
  • Add turmeric powder and mix well add black gram, salt and water.  
  • Cook until soft.  Add rice mix well.  cover the pan.
  • cook on slow flame until completely done 
  • Now take some ghee in a large spoon and, chopped garlic and add red chili powder and give tadka to khichadi
