Ingredients:
- Potato 3 boiled
- Sweet corn 2 cup boiled
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Coriander leaves
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Black salt
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil
- Schezwan sauce
- Red chili sauce
- Soy sauce
Procedure:
- Mix potato, corn, plain flour, green chilies, coriander leaves, black salt, garam masala powder, red chili powder.
- Make small balls and roll them in a corn flour. Remove excess flour. Half fry the balls in a hot oil and keep aside.
- Now again fry them until crisp. In a hot pan add chili, Schezwan and soy sauce. Now quickly toss the deep fried balls. Serve hot.
