Potato Corn Crispy Schezwan

Ingredients:

  • Potato 3 boiled
  • Sweet corn 2 cup boiled
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Green chilies 3 chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Black salt
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Schezwan sauce
  • Red chili sauce
  • Soy sauce

Procedure:

  • Mix potato, corn, plain flour, green chilies, coriander leaves, black salt, garam masala powder, red chili powder.
  • Make small balls and roll them in a corn flour.  Remove excess flour.  Half fry the balls in a hot oil and keep aside.  
  • Now again fry them until crisp.  In a hot pan add chili, Schezwan and soy sauce.  Now quickly toss the deep fried balls.  Serve hot.
