Tomato crispy tarts

Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes medium round slices
  • Bhoojiya sev
  • Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  •  Black salt
  • Grated paneer
  • Red chili powder
  • Cheese
  • Oil
Procedure:
  •  Dust corn flour on tomato slices.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  • Roast tomato slices until crisp from both sides.
  • Sprinkle black salt and red chili powder.
  • Now add grated paneer and cheese on the top of each slices.
  • Spread bhoojia sev. Your tarts are ready
