- 2 tomatoes medium round slices
- Bhoojiya sev
- Corn flour 2 teaspoon
- Black salt
- Grated paneer
- Red chili powder
- Cheese
- Oil
- Dust corn flour on tomato slices.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- Roast tomato slices until crisp from both sides.
- Sprinkle black salt and red chili powder.
- Now add grated paneer and cheese on the top of each slices.
- Spread bhoojia sev. Your tarts are ready
