Arbi Dhania Thepla(taro root coriander thepla)

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium size boiled taro roots(arbi)
  • 4 teaspoon whole wheat flour(gehun ka atta)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt
  • 3 teaspoon gram flour(besan)
  • Oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves(hara dhania)
  • Curd 4 to 5 teaspoon
Procedure:
  • Remove the taro root cover and grate them.
  • Mix all the ingredients with curd and 4 teaspoon of oil.
  • Knead to a soft dough. Now make 4 equal balls.
  • Now shape these balls to the round bread by hands with the help of wheat flour.
  • Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the thepla from both the sides on low flame.
  • Garnish with curd and tomato ketchup.
