- 4 medium size boiled taro roots(arbi)
- 4 teaspoon whole wheat flour(gehun ka atta)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt
- 3 teaspoon gram flour(besan)
- Oil
- Chopped coriander leaves(hara dhania)
- Curd 4 to 5 teaspoon
- Remove the taro root cover and grate them.
- Mix all the ingredients with curd and 4 teaspoon of oil.
- Knead to a soft dough. Now make 4 equal balls.
- Now shape these balls to the round bread by hands with the help of wheat flour.
- Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the thepla from both the sides on low flame.
- Garnish with curd and tomato ketchup.
