- Mushroom 1 packet
- Onion 4
- Tomato 2
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida
- All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
- garlic chopped 8 cloves
- salt
- ghee
- Grind onions and tomatoes. Make fine paste. In a pan heat some ghee. Roast garlic for a while.
- Now add onion paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida.
- Cook for another 2 minutes. Now add tomato paste, mushrooms, red chili powder, all spice powder powder. Add some water mix well add 3 to 4 teaspoon ghee.
- Cover the pan and cook until oil spreads on surface. Garnish our mushroom gheewan with onion slices, some ghee and lemon wedges.
