Mushroom Gheewan

Ingredients:
  • Mushroom 1 packet
  • Onion 4
  • Tomato 2
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida 
  • All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • garlic chopped 8 cloves
  • salt
  • ghee
Procedure:
  • Grind onions and tomatoes.  Make fine paste.   In a pan heat some ghee.  Roast garlic for a while.
  • Now add onion paste and cook for 5 minutes.  Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes.  Now add tomato paste, mushrooms, red chili powder, all spice powder powder.  Add some water mix well add 3 to 4 teaspoon ghee.  
  • Cover the pan and cook until oil spreads on surface.  Garnish our mushroom gheewan with onion slices, some ghee and lemon wedges.
