baingan ke slice ka crispy pizza (brinjal slice pizza)

Ingredients:
- 10 brinjals (baingan) (cut long slices)
- cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum (simla mirch)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch)
- black salt
- oil
- In a bowl mix chopped onion, chopped capsicum, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, black salt and cheese. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and cook the onion and capsicum mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and roast the brinjal slices. One side should be very crisp because we will place the mixture on that side.
- Now place the onion mixture on each brinjal slice which is crisp and roast the other side of brinal slice again until crisp. Now spread cheese on the slices. Your brinjal slice pizza is ready.
