- Leftover Sago kichadi or sago fritters (sabudana khichdi, sabudana wada)
- 1 red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder(kali Mirch)
- 10gm tamarind(imli)
- 4 green chilies
- black salt
- 1 tomato

- Grind sago khichadi, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, tamarind, green chilies, black salt, 1 tomato, curd and some water together.
- Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add the sago mixture and whisk it. Add cheese, pav bhaji masala and cook for 15 minutes.
- Whisk the mixture regularly until it becomes very thick and sticks to spatula. Garnish with cheese and chopped coriander. Serve this with roasted pav.
