Bache huwe sabudane ka polenta(lefover sago polenta)

Ingredients:
  • Leftover Sago kichadi or sago fritters (sabudana khichdi, sabudana wada)
  • 1 red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder(kali Mirch)
  • 10gm tamarind(imli)
  • 4 green chilies
  • black salt
  • 1 tomato
  • cheese
  • curd
  • pav bhaji masala
  • pav
  • oil
procedure:
  • Grind sago khichadi, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, tamarind, green chilies, black salt, 1 tomato, curd and some water together.
  • Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan and add the sago mixture and whisk it.  Add cheese, pav bhaji masala and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk the mixture regularly until it becomes very thick and sticks to spatula.  Garnish with cheese and chopped coriander.  Serve this with roasted pav.
