Ingredients:
- eggplant 1/2 inches slices(Bharat being an)
- Black salt(kala namak)
- Red chili powder
- Paneer grated
- Cheese
- Onion slices
- Black pepper powder(kali Mitch)
- Coriander powder(dhania powder)
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Dry dates and tamarind Chutney(khajur aur imli ki Chutney)
- Oil
- Rub red chili powder and black salt on eggplant slices.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan
- Roast the slices from both the sides until crisp.
- Now again heat 1 teaspoon of oil and add paneer, black pepper, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and cheese, cook for a minute.
- Now spread paneer cheese mixture on each eggplant slice.
- Arrange onion slices on the top of each slice.
- Now make tower of eggplant slices like sandwich. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and dates Chutney.
