- 200gm cauliflower(Gobhi)
- Fenugreek leaves chopped(methi)
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoon(dhania powder)
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- 2 teaspoon curd(dahi)
- 2 teaspoon gram flour(began)
- 2 teaspoon corn flour(makai ka aata)
- 5 green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds(jeera)
- Black salt
- Oil
- Cut the cauliflower pieces and boil them.
- Grind cauliflower, garlic and ginger paste, green chilies. Now mix cauliflower mixture, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, salt, curd, cumin seeds.
- Now heat oil in a souse pan. Drop the kebab in the oil with the help of spoon.
- Fry the kebab until crisp.
- Serve with green Chutney and tomato ketchup.
