Gobhi, methi aur dhania kebab(cauliflower, fenugreek, coriander kebab)

Ingredients:
  • 200gm cauliflower(Gobhi)
  • Fenugreek leaves chopped(methi)
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon(dhania powder)
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoon curd(dahi)
  • 2 teaspoon gram flour(began)
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour(makai ka aata)
  • 5 green chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds(jeera)
  • Black salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Cut the cauliflower pieces and boil them.
  • Grind cauliflower, garlic and ginger paste, green chilies.   Now mix cauliflower mixture, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, salt, curd, cumin seeds.
  • Now heat oil in a souse pan.  Drop the kebab in the oil with the help of spoon.
  • Fry the kebab until crisp.
  • Serve with green Chutney and tomato ketchup.
