Kokum Strawberry jaljira smoothy

Today, there are over 600 varieties of strawberries. The sweet, slightly tart berries rank among the top 10 fruits and vegetables for antioxidant content. 
The benefits of consuming fruits and vegetables of all kinds, including strawberries, are varied. As plant food consumption goes up, the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer goes down.
A high intake of fruits and vegetables is also associated with healthy skin and hair, increased energy, and lower weight. Increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables significantly decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality.  We will make smoothy with this lovely strawberries.

Ingredients:
  • Curd 250 ml
  • 125gm strawberry
  • Kokum syrup
  • Sugar
  • Jaljira
  • Black salt
  • Salt
Procedure:

Grind curd and salt until it lefts butter.  Now grind strawberry, sugar, black salt and kokum syrup.  Now mix curd and jaljira. Serve with lemon wedges and chopped strawberry.
