Roasted peppery mango with paneer(bhoone aam aur paneer kali Mirch wale)

Ingredients:
  • 1 Raw mango peeled and diced (Kaccha aam chhilkar tukde kare)
  • 100 gm paneer grated
  • Black pepper powder(kali mirch)
  • Oil
  • Cheese
  • Black salt
Procedure:
  • Coat the diced mango very well with paneer.
  • Speed black pepper on every dice.
  • Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  • Roast the mango paneer until outer layer gets little brown.
  • Now sprinkle black salt on each dice.
  • Spread cheese on the top.
