- 1 Raw mango peeled and diced (Kaccha aam chhilkar tukde kare)
- 100 gm paneer grated
- Black pepper powder(kali mirch)
- Oil
- Cheese
- Black salt
- Coat the diced mango very well with paneer.
- Speed black pepper on every dice.
- Heat 3 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- Roast the mango paneer until outer layer gets little brown.
- Now sprinkle black salt on each dice.
- Spread cheese on the top.
