Khatte chawal ke crispy gatte (sour crispy rice balls)

Ingredients:
- one small bowl of cooked rice
- 4 teaspoon curd
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 teaspoon sambar masala
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon asafetida
- Salt
- Oil
- 4 teaspoon gram flour
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
- Cheese
- Ketchup
Procedure:
- Heat 3 teaspoon oil in a pan.
- Add asafetida stir for 4 to 5 seconds.
- Now add tomato, kitchen masala, sambar masala.
- Add curd, lemon juice salt, turmeric powder, coriander. Add cooked rice.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Now mix rice and gram flour, salt.
- Make small balls.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the balls.
- In a pan add cheese, red chili powder, oil and heat until cheese gets melted.
- Garnish the balls with cheese souse and ketchup
