Khatte chawal ke crispy gatte (sour crispy rice balls)

Ingredients:
  •  one small bowl of cooked rice
  • 4 teaspoon curd
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sambar masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 4 teaspoon gram flour
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  • Cheese
  • Ketchup
Procedure:
  • Heat 3 teaspoon oil in a pan.
  • Add asafetida stir for 4 to 5 seconds.
  • Now add tomato, kitchen masala, sambar masala.
  • Add curd, lemon juice salt, turmeric powder, coriander.  Add cooked rice.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now mix rice and gram flour, salt.
  • Make small balls. 
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the balls.
  • In a pan add cheese, red chili powder, oil and heat until cheese gets melted.
  • Garnish the balls with cheese souse and ketchup
