Paneer bajra healthy pakoda

Ingredients:
  • 125gm grated paneer
  • Pearl millet flour 5 spoons (bajare ka atta)
  • 2 spoon gram flour(besan)
  • Cumin seed(jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice(nimbu ka ras)
  • 2 coriander powder(dhania powder)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Oil
Procedure:
  • Mix all the ingredients. Make thick mixture with some water.
  • Heat oil in kadhai.
  • Make small pakoras and fry until crisp and golden brown.
