Ingredients:
- 125gm grated paneer
- Pearl millet flour 5 spoons (bajare ka atta)
- 2 spoon gram flour(besan)
- Cumin seed(jeera)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice(nimbu ka ras)
- 2 coriander powder(dhania powder)
- 1 chopped onion
- Black salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Oil
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients. Make thick mixture with some water.
- Heat oil in kadhai.
- Make small pakoras and fry until crisp and golden brown.
