Gobhi, mutter, methi kachori( cauliflower, green pea, fenugreek kachori)

Ingredients:
  • 200gm cauliflower(Gobhi)
  • Fenugreek leaves(methi)
  • 125gm green peas(mutter)
  • Coriander powder 2 teaspoon(dhania powder)
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon(kali mirch)
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Aniseeds 1 teaspoon (saunf)
  • Sugar 1/2
  • 4 teaspoon whole wheat flour(gehun ka aata)
  • 3 teaspoon gram flour(began)
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour(makai ka aata)
  • Curd
  • Green Chutney
Procedure:
  • Cut cauliflower pieces and boil them.  Heat some water in a small bowl and boil the green peas.
  • Now grind the cauliflower and green peas.  Now add coriander powder, black pepper, red chili powder, salt into cauliflower mixture.
  • Heat a pan and roast aniseeds with sugar and one teaspoon oil.  Mix it with cauliflower mixture.
  • Now mix all the flours and knead to the soft dough with the help of water and oil.
  • Now make 8 balls of the dough and roll them and make flat bread or roti.
  • Now spread cauliflower mixture to the bread from one side and cover it with other bread.
  • Heat oil in a souse pan and fry these kachoris on low flame until crisp.
  • Serve with curd and green Chutney.
