Roasted tava onion and tomato pizza

Ingredients:

plain
flour(Maida) 200gm
·
Salt
·
Oil
·
Curd(dahi)
·
Baking soda
·
Black pepper
·
Asafetida(hing)
·
Onion diced
·
Tomato diced
·
Cheese
·
Tomato ketchup
Procedure:
Topping
·
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in
a pan. Add tomato and onion.
·
Add asafetida, black
pepper, salt roast for 3 minutes.
Pizza
base:

In a bowl mix Maida,
salt, soda, 4 teaspoon of curd,2 teaspoon oil. Knead to a smooth dough
keep it for rest about 6 hours.

Dough will be doubled
in the size.
·
Make 2 to 3 equal
balls of it.
·
Now roll the balls to
flat bread (roti).
·
Make holes with the
help of fork on bread.
·
Now heat 1 teaspoon of
oil and roast all the breads from one side on low flame until crisp.
·
Now spread the roasted
tomato and onion, cheese on the roasted part of bread.
·
Heat one teaspoon of
oil in the pan and roast the other sides of all pizzas. Have it with
tomato ketchup.
